Apply to possess, buy, sell, transport and ship approved bait fish, amphibians and crustaceans as listed in the Fisheries regulations.

Nonresident fish dealer permit holders must submit a report on the previous year each Jan. 15.

If your application was approved, please complete this form for each waterbody that you stock with fish salvaged from dewatered canals, streams, etc. Failure to submit this report could lead to prosecution for illegal fish salvage and stocking along with disqualification for future salvage authorization.
Registration
Register to hold a fishing tournament, derby or contest that require an entry fee to participate on publicly owned, controlled or manage waters.

Apply online for a Paddlefish application by using the new Permits system or via paper application mailed to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, P.O. Box 30370, Lincoln Nebraska 68503.

*Successful applicants are required to pay a permit fee made online or at a Commission Permitting Office before they may receive their permit. The successful applicant will have a designated fifteen (15) day period in which to pay for the permit. After 15 days without payment, the successful applicant’s permit, bonus and preference points will be forfeited.

This application is required for consultants and companies to receive permission from the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission to take fish from privately owned waterbodies for fish management purposes, in accordance with state law and Commission regulations.
