Section of Fort Kearny SRA bridge temporarily closed

The south bridge on the Fort Kearny State Recreation Area hike-bike trail will be closed temporarily for repairs beginning July 6, according to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.

The bridge is expected to remain closed to all pedestrian and bicycle traffic for approximately one week while repairs to sections of the decking are completed.
