Game custody tags
Any person transferring game, fish or parts thereof to another person must provide a custody tag. The tag must remain with the game until it is consumed. The owner must provide the following information:
- Date of transfer
- Owner Name
- Owner Phone Number
- Permit or Seal Number (if big game)
- Estimated Pounds
- Species
- Number of animals donated
- Donor Signature
- Recipient Name
Shipping tags
Individuals who wish to ship game, fish or furs they have harvested must attach a shipping tag. You may download the tag below.
