Smith Falls State Park fully open after ice melts

Smith Falls State Park is fully open now that ice has melted off the roads and campsites.

An ice jam on the Niobrara River broke loose Feb. 19, pushing onto the campground and blocking roads. Foot bridge access to the falls also was closed but has reopened.
