Platte River SP trail and parking lot closed for construction

The Stone Creek Falls Trail and its trailhead parking lot at Platte River State Park will be closed to the public due to construction. Work is set to begin the week of Feb. 10.

Alternate routes to the falls will be available from the park office and Walter Scott Jr. Lodge.

This project will add a new parking lot, bridge, Americans with Disabilities Act trail surfacing, and a falls-viewing platform.

Visit the park office for more information.
