Park guests were treated to some improvements in 2023, with more set to be completed in 2024.
The trail is closing temporarily starting April 30 to fix damage from the 2019 Elkhorn River flood.
Those affected by the recent tornadoes can drop off trees, limbs and other green debris at the park.
