Big game permits available to residents starting July 10

Nebraska big game hunting permits will be available for purchase by residents beginning July 10.

Residents may buy any available deer and antelope permits, within permit limits, starting at 10 a.m. Central Time. Eligible resident landowners may buy any limited landowner elk, deer and antelope permits.

Permits will be available through the close of the hunting season or until any quota sells out.

Purchases may be made online at GoOutdoorsNE.com, in person at a Game and Parks office, or via mail: Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, 2200 N. 33rd St., Lincoln, NE, 68503.

Nonresidents may buy limited deer and antelope permits in units subject to availability and within permit limits July 24 starting at 10 a.m. Central Time. Eligible nonresident landowners may buy any limited landowner elk or antelope permits.

On Aug. 7, any remaining permits from previous periods may be purchased in any unit subject to availability and within permit limits.
