During May, you can help choose which Nebraska animal will appear on the next Glacial Till and Nebraska Game and Parks collaboration cider can by voting for one of these four unique wildlife species. Following the past two years’ collaborations with Glacial Till Vineyards, a portion of the proceeds from this limited-edition cider will support the Nebraska Game and Parks Wildlife Education Fund. Voting will run from May 4 through May 22, 2026.

Little Salty Cider

In October of 2025, Glacial Till released Little Salty Cider — a limited-edition drink that benefits Nebraska wildlife education and conservation. Little Salty followed the 2024 SlowPoke cider, a first collaboration and partnership with Glacial Till Vineyards to benefit the local community and the environment.

The Salt Creek tiger beetle — one of the world’s rarest insects — is a federally listed endangered species. Globally, it is only found in a few saline wetlands in Lancaster County, its last remaining suitable habitat.
