Some electric service at Branched Oak to be disrupted

There is a planned electric service interruption that will affect parts of Branched Oak State Recreation Area on July 29.

The Area 4 Campground, Area 5 Day Use and the Park Office will not have electrical service from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All other areas will not be affected during this planned outage.

This interruption of electric service will allow for system upgrades and maintenance.
