Parks in Full Color Campaign
Help Nebraska Game and Parks fund the purchase of EnChroma color-blindness glasses for our state park areas.
Nebraska Game and Parks is seeking donations to help bring the beauty of our state parks to everyone, including those with color blindness. People with color blindness may struggle to fully enjoy activities like hiking, fishing, birdwatching, and hunting because they can’t always tell colors apart. This affects their ability to spot wildlife, read maps, and even see safety signs.
How you can help
To make our parks more accessible, we aim to provide EnChroma color-blindness glasses kits at locations like Wildcat Hills Nature Center, Schramm Education Center, and Ponca State Park, with plans to expand. Each kit costs $850, and any donation will help us reach our goal.
As a special offer, the first two individuals or organizations to sponsor a kit will receive a complimentary pair of EnChroma Outdoor Deutan Lens glasses (valued at $379), courtesy of EnChroma. Your support can make a lasting impact on someone’s outdoor experience!

About EnChroma Glasses
EnChroma‘s color-blind lens technology selectively filters light to increase contrast between the red and green colors. Approximately 80% of those with red-green color blindness will see some improvement in their ability to distinguish colors.
EnChroma glasses are not intended to assist the vision of people with Tritan-type deficiency or Dichromacy. Fortunately, most cases of color blindness respond well to EnChroma glasses.
