List

To exempt those participating in an educational fishing project from possessing a fishing permit. This exemption is available to currently accredited teachers only.

Fish salvage application and report form

Complete this application to apply for fish salvage.

If your application was approved, please complete this form for each waterbody that you stock with fish salvaged from dewatered canals, streams, etc. Failure to submit this report could lead to prosecution for illegal fish salvage and stocking along with disqualification for future salvage authorization.

Registration
Register to hold a fishing tournament, derby or contest that require an entry fee to participate on publicly owned, controlled or manage waters.
