If your application was approved, please complete this form for each waterbody that you stock with fish salvaged from dewatered canals, streams, etc. Failure to submit this report could lead to prosecution for illegal fish salvage and stocking along with disqualification for future salvage authorization.

Paddlefish application
Apply for a paddlefish harvest tag – archery or snagging. Application dates for archery begin in March and snagging in July. Apply online for a Paddlefish application by using the new Permits system or via paper application mailed to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, P.O. Box 30370, Lincoln Nebraska 68503.

*Successful applicants are required to pay a permit fee made online or at a Commission Permitting Office before they may receive their permit. The successful applicant will have a designated fifteen (15) day period in which to pay for the permit.
