River Valley Artisan and Craft Market vendor information

Display your handmade arts and craft items at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park! Organizers are currently seeking vendors to display and sell handmade arts and craft items at this event, which will take place Nov. 2 and 3, 2019. Art from a wide variety of media is welcome.

Friday: 3 p.m. to 9: p.m. (set-up)

Conference rooms will be open for setup beginning at 3 p.m. Parking and vehicle access will be on the south side of Peter Kiewit Lodge in the employee parking lot. Doors to the show rooms will be securely locked each night after the show is over for the day.

Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The show will begin promptly at 9 a.m., with setup taking place from 8 until 8:30 a.m. Additionally, the silent auction will begin Saturday. If you donated an item for the silent auction, someone from the group functions department at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park will stop by your booth on Saturday to pick up your donated item. The park will provide one meal for the booth vendor. If you have a second person in your booth, they can purchase an additional lunch. Lunch will be served both Saturday and Sunday at noon; water and coffee will be provided throughout the day both days.

Sunday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This will be the last day of the show. Vendors who stayed at the park should remember to check out by 11 a.m. The silent auction will end at 3 p.m. Vendors will be asked to fill out a survey at the conclusion of the show.


Confirmation of booking

Once a vendor has completed his or her application and submitted payment, the park will contact you via email with flyers for the craft show, meal information and a map of your booth area. This is your confirmation that you are in the show.

Cancellation policy

Vendors may cancel up to 30 days in advance of the River Valley Artisan and Craft Market event. Refunds will not be processed until after the show is complete. Vendors who fail to show up to the event or who cancel day-of will not be issued a refund.

Additional show policies

All booths must be staffed by at least one person at all times. All vendors must stay until the end of each day. All application and payment materials must be turned in by the deadline. If payment is not completed, vendor will not be granted a booth. Vendors who violate these policies, or cancellation policy, may not be invited to participate in future shows.


Vendors may choose to stay in a cabin or a beautiful lodge room right at the park. Lodging is at regular price Friday and Saturday nights and is 30 percent off Sunday through Thursday nights. Park Permits

Each vehicle entering the park must have a valid Nebraska park entry permit. Permits may be purchased at the park entrance for $6/day or $30/year for in-state vehicles or for $8/day or $40/year for out-of-state vehicles.
