Tips for downloading My First Certificates
- Crop your image into a square before uploading it to the certificate form.
- Make sure your image is no larger than 7MB.
- The form will take a while to download once you have submitted it (typically 5+ minutes), so be sure that your information on the form is correct and your image is cropped first!
